What we do

Support teams built around the work you need done.

We don't sell seats by the hour and hope it works out. Every engagement starts with the outcome you're trying to reach, then we staff, train and measure against it.

Customer Care

Your customers don't care which company signs our agents' paychecks — they care whether the person on the other end can actually help. We staff dedicated agents who learn your product, your policies and your tone, then keep them on your account long enough to get genuinely good at it.

  • Omnichannel coverage. Voice, email, live chat, SMS and social messaging handled by the same team, so context never gets lost between channels.
  • Written into your workflow. We work inside your helpdesk — Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gorgias or whatever you already run.
  • Tiered escalation. Clear rules for what your team sees and what we resolve ourselves, agreed before we take the first contact.
  • Quality you can audit. Recorded interactions, a scoring rubric you help write, and weekly calibration sessions you're invited to.

Inbound Voice

A missed call is a customer who just called your competitor. We put trained people on the line for the hours you can't cover — whether that's the overnight shift, the Monday morning spike, or every call you receive.

  • Overflow and after-hours. We pick up what your in-house team can't, without the customer ever noticing a handoff.
  • Seasonal elasticity. Add headcount for a Q4 rush or a product launch, then scale back down without a layoff conversation.
  • Full queue ownership. Or hand us the whole line — routing, IVR design, callbacks and voicemail triage included.
  • Real telephony. We integrate with your existing platform or stand one up; either way you keep the numbers and the recordings.

Outbound Sales

Most pipelines don't die from bad leads — they die from follow-up that never happened. We run the outreach your team keeps meaning to get to, with agents who can hold a real conversation rather than read a script at someone.

  • Warm transfers. Qualified prospects handed to your closers live, with context, instead of dropped into a form queue.
  • Renewals and win-backs. Systematic outreach to lapsed and expiring accounts — the revenue already sitting in your CRM.
  • Consultative, not aggressive. We'll turn down scripts that would embarrass your brand, and tell you why.
  • Compliance-aware. Calling windows, do-not-call handling and consent tracking built into how the team operates.

Back Office

The invisible work that quietly eats your team's week — processing, verifying, reconciling, cleaning up. It rarely justifies a domestic hire, and it never stops piling up. It's exactly the kind of work a dedicated nearshore team should own.

  • Order and claims processing. Entry, validation, status updates and exception handling against your rules.
  • Data entry and migration. High-volume, accuracy-scored work with a QA sample rate you set.
  • Document collection and verification. Chasing paperwork, checking it, and flagging what doesn't match.
  • CRM hygiene. Deduplication, enrichment and list maintenance so your sales data is worth trusting again.

Technical Support

Support that escalates everything isn't support — it's a switchboard with extra steps. We train agents deep enough on your product to actually close tickets, and we're honest about where the line sits between our team and your engineers.

  • Tier 1 and Tier 2. Diagnosis, guided troubleshooting, configuration help and known-issue resolution.
  • Onboarding and setup. Walking new customers through installation, integration and first-run configuration.
  • Clean escalations. When something genuinely needs engineering, it arrives with logs, reproduction steps and a clear summary.
  • Documentation that improves. Recurring issues get written up, so the same ticket stops arriving next month.

Lead Generation

Booking meetings is a volume game that punishes inconsistency. We run it as a process — build the list, work it methodically, qualify honestly, and hand your closers conversations that are actually worth their time.

  • List building and research. Targeted prospect lists built to your ICP, verified before anyone dials.
  • Qualification that means something. Agreed criteria, applied consistently — we'd rather book fewer real meetings than pad a number.
  • Appointment setting. Meetings placed directly on your reps' calendars with notes on what the prospect actually said.
  • Pipeline reporting. Weekly visibility into dials, connects, conversion and what the market is telling us.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Not sure which fits? Tell us your volume and we'll recommend one — including "none of these" if that's the honest answer.

Model 01

Dedicated team

Agents assigned exclusively to your account, trained on your product, reporting to a named team lead. The right choice for ongoing volume and anything requiring real product depth.

  • Exclusive, named agents
  • Dedicated team lead & QA
  • Monthly per-seat pricing
Model 02

Shared coverage

A trained pool covering multiple accounts with similar workflows. Lower cost and faster to start — best for straightforward, high-volume, low-complexity contacts.

  • Fastest to launch
  • Lowest entry cost
  • Usage-based pricing
Model 03

Project & overflow

A defined scope with a start and end date — a data migration, a campaign, a seasonal peak, a backlog you need cleared. Scoped, priced and delivered as a fixed engagement.

  • Fixed scope & timeline
  • No ongoing commitment
  • Project-based pricing
Common questions

The things clients
ask us first.

For straightforward scopes we typically move from signed agreement to a certified pilot cohort taking live contacts in two to four weeks. Complex products, regulated industries or heavy systems integration extend that — we'll give you a realistic date during discovery rather than an optimistic one that slips.
Smaller than most people expect. We'd rather start you with a two or three agent pilot and earn the expansion than push a large commitment you're not ready for. Project and overflow work can be smaller still. Tell us your volume and we'll tell you what makes sense.
Agents work on managed, access-controlled endpoints under signed confidentiality agreements, with access scoped to only the systems their role requires. We'll work within your security requirements — VPN, VDI, IP allow-listing, restricted clipboard, recorded sessions — and we're happy to complete your vendor security review before you commit to anything.
Yes — genuine working fluency in English and Spanish, not a phrasebook. Baja California is a border region where bilingualism is the norm rather than a specialty, which is a large part of why we operate here. You're welcome to sit in on language assessments during the hiring process.
You tell us, and we replace them — no invoicing argument, no lengthy process. Dedicated agents are ours to manage, and staffing the wrong person on your account is our problem to fix. Replacement timelines are written into the agreement.
Against metrics you help define during scoping — typically volume, speed to answer, resolution rate, quality scores and whatever outcome measure matters to your business. You get standing access to the numbers, a weekly summary, and a monthly business review with the team lead.

Send us your volumes and channels. We'll come back with a staffing recommendation and a number — not a brochure.
