Who we are

The name is the operating model.

Work@Home Solutions was built as a distributed workforce from the beginning — not an office that scrambled to go remote and never quite recovered. That decision shapes how we hire, how we train, and how reliably we show up for your customers.

Our approach

Outsourcing has
a reputation problem.

It's mostly deserved. Too many providers win the contract on price, staff it with whoever is available, rotate agents between accounts until nobody knows your product, and let quality drift until you leave.

We built this company around the opposite set of choices. Agents are assigned to one account and stay there. Team leads are named people you can call, not a shared inbox. Quality is scored against a rubric you helped write, and you're invited to the calibration sessions where we argue about the scores.

None of that is complicated. It's just harder than the alternative, and it's the difference between a vendor and a team.

Where we operate

Why Baja California,
and not somewhere cheaper.

Our operations center sits in Playas de Rosarito, twenty minutes south of the Tijuana–San Diego border.

One shared workday

Baja California runs on US Pacific time. Your 9am stand-up is our 9am stand-up — no overnight handoff, no waiting a full day for an answer to a simple question.

Bilingual as a baseline

This is a border region. English and Spanish coexist here as a matter of daily life, which means we recruit genuinely bilingual agents as standard rather than paying a premium for a scarce skill.

Close enough to visit

You can fly into San Diego in the morning and meet the team working your account before lunch. Try that with an operation on the other side of the world.

A real talent pool

The Tijuana–Rosarito metro is a large, young, service-economy labor market. We can recruit for a specific profile instead of taking whoever answers the ad.

Two legal entities

A US company for contracting and payment, and a Mexican operation for delivery. You contract with a US entity under US terms.

Remote-first, deliberately

Our agents work from home by design, with managed equipment and monitored connectivity. No single building is a point of failure for your queue.

Why it matters to you

Agent turnover is
your quality problem.

Every time an agent leaves, someone new starts learning your product from zero — and your customers absorb the difference.

The BPO industry has normalised burning through people. We think that's both a bad way to treat staff and a bad way to run a service business, because the cost lands on your CSAT scores rather than the provider's balance sheet.

So we pay competitively for the market, we schedule realistically, we promote from within, and we keep agents on the same account long enough to build genuine expertise. When your team is stable, everything downstream gets easier.

What that looks like

In practice

  • Named agents. You know who works your account, and so do we.
  • Structured onboarding. Product training and certification before anyone touches a live contact.
  • Ongoing coaching. Weekly one-to-ones and QA feedback, not an annual review.
  • Internal progression. Team leads and QA analysts are promoted from the floor.
  • Honest scheduling. Shifts that people can actually sustain.
Security & compliance

Your data doesn't get
a relaxed standard.

We'll complete your vendor security review before you commit to anything.

Managed endpoints

Agents work on access-controlled devices configured to your requirements — VPN, VDI, IP allow-listing or restricted local storage.

Scoped access

Each role gets access to the systems it needs and nothing beyond. Permissions are reviewed when roles change and revoked the day someone leaves.

Signed confidentiality

Every agent, team lead and analyst signs a confidentiality agreement before their first day of training.

Auditable activity

Call recording, session logging and QA sampling, retained and made available to you on the schedule we agree.

Have specific compliance requirements — HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, state privacy law? Bring them to the first conversation. We'd rather tell you early that something is outside what we can support than discover it during implementation.
