Work from home. Get paid to be good at it.
We hire bilingual agents for customer service, sales and support roles — then we train them properly, schedule them realistically, and promote them when they're ready.
A call center job
that doesn't feel like one.
You already know the industry's reputation. We're building the version that treats people like the reason the business works.
Genuinely from home
No hybrid bait-and-switch, no "come in three days a week" six months later. We were built remote and we stay remote — you keep the commute time.
Paid, structured training
You're paid from your first training day. Nobody gets pushed onto a live queue before they've been certified on the account.
A path that goes somewhere
Team leads, QA analysts and trainers are promoted from the floor. If you're good and you want more, there is somewhere to go.
Schedules you can live with
Shifts published in advance and built around a sustainable week. We'd rather keep you for three years than squeeze you for three months.
Real coaching
Weekly one-to-ones with a team lead who knows your name and your numbers — not an automated scorecard emailed on a Friday.
Your English is an asset
Bilingual ability is the core of what we do here, and it's compensated as the skill it is rather than treated as a basic expectation.
Benefits and employment terms are confirmed during the interview process, including compensation, schedule, performance bonuses and statutory benefits. We'll put all of it in writing before you accept anything.
Roles we hire for.
We recruit for these positions on a rolling basis as client accounts grow. Apply once and we'll match you to what's open.
