This policy explains what Work@Home Solutions (“WAH Solutions LLC”, “we”, “us”) does with personal information collected through wah-solutions.com. It covers this website only — if you are an employee, a contractor, or a customer of one of our clients, different agreements and notices apply.

Information you give us

We collect what you type into our forms. Specifically:

• Contact form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, your approximate contact volume, and your message.
• Careers form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, the role you're applying for, your self-assessed English level, home internet situation, availability, and whatever you write about your experience — which may include a link to a CV or LinkedIn profile.

We do not ask for financial information, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal data through this website. Please don't send them to us through these forms.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking scripts. We do not set cookies of our own. Our web host records standard server logs — including IP address, browser type, and pages requested — as an ordinary part of serving the site.

Third parties involved

Two external services are involved in delivering this website, and each one necessarily sees some data:

• Web3Forms processes our form submissions and delivers them to us by email. The contents of any form you submit pass through their systems.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests these files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and browser information.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or quote.
• To evaluate job applications and contact candidates about current or future openings.
• To keep records of business communications.
• To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

If you contact us about a service, we may follow up about that inquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Business inquiries are retained for as long as we have an active relationship or a reasonable prospect of one, and afterwards only as long as needed for our records and legal obligations. Job applications are retained so we can consider you for future openings — if you'd rather we delete yours, just ask.

How we protect it

Access to inquiry and application data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. Our operational security practices — managed devices, scoped system access, signed confidentiality agreements — are described on our about page. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we're using it. To make a request, email info@wah-solutions.com and tell us what you need. We'll respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

International transfers

We operate in both the United States and Mexico, and the information you send us may be accessed from either country. By submitting a form you understand that your information may be transferred across borders for the purposes described above.

Children

This website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change, and revise the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
